1. Conducting Business Activities:
   One of the important benefits for holders of the Premium Residency is the ability to conduct business activities in Saudi Arabia according to the Foreign Investment Law. Premium Residency holders can establish and operate businesses within the Kingdom, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article (2) of the Premium Residency Law, thereby enhancing the investment environment and encouraging foreign entrepreneurs to invest in Saudi Arabia.
2. Property Ownership:
   Whether residential, commercial, or industrial properties, Premium Residency holders can own real estate in Saudi Arabia, except in border areas and the cities of Makkah and Madinah. In these exceptions, they are allowed to benefit from properties for a period not exceeding the duration of their limited-term Premium Residency, as stipulated in paragraph (3) of Article (2) of the executive regulations of the Premium Residency Law.
3. Family Visit Visas:
   The Premium Residency system allows holders to maintain contact with their families and enjoy social life in Saudi Arabia by obtaining visit visas for relatives such as parents (even if they live abroad), children (even if they live abroad), siblings, and their children. This is according to paragraph (1) of Article (2) of the executive regulations of the Premium Residency Law.

   Premium Residency holders have the right to recruit domestic workers to Saudi Arabia. Requests for domestic worker visas and related procedures and regulations follow the same rules applied to Saudi citizens, as stated in paragraph (1) of Article (2) of the executive regulations of the Premium Residency Law.
5. Ownership of Private Transportation Means:
   Holders of the Premium Residency are allowed to own various types of private transportation, whether land, sea, or air vehicles, provided they are for personal use. They are subject to the same procedures and regulations as Saudi citizens, according to paragraph (4) of Article (2) of the executive regulations of the Premium Residency Law.
