Premium Residency holders can establish and operate businesses within the Kingdom, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article (2) of the Premium Residency Law, thereby enhancing the investment environment and encouraging foreign entrepreneurs to invest in Saudi Arabia. - Property Ownership:
Whether residential, commercial, or industrial properties, Premium Residency holders can own real estate in Saudi Arabia, except in border areas and the cities of Makkah and Madinah. In these exceptions, they are allowed to benefit from properties for a period not exceeding the duration of their limited-term Premium Residency, as stipulated in paragraph (3) of Article (2) of the executive regulations of the Premium Residency Law. - Family Visit Visas:
